Answers to question no 36 are all wrong. The closest answer is C, and the problems with C is the colors, and here is my explanation:
1. 25% said the reason was they couldn't be bothered, and this color should be dark gray instead of light gray.
2. 55% said the reason was they felt intimidated, which means this color should be light gray instead of dark gray.

This exam is quite difficult, I get 25/40 on the first attempt.
It was quite easy, i did get 39 out of 40.
