For question 13 the key says the answer is 4000 words however the instructions were–no more than three words or a number, so how will 'words' come, I think the correct answer is only '4000'
For question 39 'cancel an appointment' is what she says but the answer key mentions 'cancel the appointment'

Звук диалогов полное гавно, ничего не слышно что они там мямлят. Часть слов вообще не слышно либо невозможно разобрать. Так и на экзамене будет? Задание слышно четко и понятно, сами диалоги как из жопы??? Специально чтобы ни хера невозможно было понять????
