Overall, it is conspicuous from the graph that the

processed food was highly consumed in all countries, while nuts and seeds were eaten the least in India and Canada, with the exception of China, where animal flesh was consumed the lowest.

Explicitly, in India the average consumption of processed and animal food was high and accounted to 39% and 27% respectively.

Apart from that, nearly a quarter of fruits and vegetables, as well as 11% of nuts and seeds were eaten. The average consumption in Canada

was nearly equal to that in India. Canadians ate 41% and 26% of packaged and animal food, respectively. Canadians consumed about a third of fruits and vegetables and only 4% of nuts and seeds.

Lastly, in China the average intake of packed food and fruits and vegetables was almost equal, accounted to 34% and 32% respectively. Nuts and seeds consumption in China was 19%, which was higher than India and Canada and just 15% of animal flesh was consumed by Chinese people.
