Is 7.0 a good score for ielts?

I am no one to judge but he didnβt finish 2 minutes. The examiner had to ask him questions to extract the answers from him. Yet he got 6.5!!!

Guys just finished my speaking test. The Fish and Fishing question came up
The examiner pronounces the double ( rr ) in borrowed and that is wrong because only one (r) is pronounced.
Do we have to stop in between of part 2? I guess no we have to answer the questions one by one
So I got 6.5 also because having my speaking test using mask. Both the examiner and I. It was really comfortable and I got to misheard him too many time for being unclear of his questions asked to me while he did the same. Commented me for being unclear. I think because of the mask I got lower band. I hate it
6.5? He doesn't even deserve 4.0
I just gave my speaking module yesterday it was super easy. There was a transparent wall between me and the examiner, and wearing mask was mandatory.

In order for your essay to get Band 9 in IELTS, it needs a 9 in every single criterion.
Band 9 in Task Achievement means that you've fully addressed all parts of the task and your position expressed in your answer is completely developed and includes relevant ideas which you wrote at length about.
Band 9 in Coherence and Cohesion means you have structured your essay correctly in terms of using paragraphs and you've achieved cohesion effortlessly, without drawing attention to it.
To get Band 9 for Lexical Resource you need a variety of higher-level vocabulary, but the way you use it has to be natural; your errors, if any, must be rare and hardly noticeable.
Band 9 for Grammatical Range and Accuracy comes from using a wide range of sentence structures correctly, accurately, and flexibly.
