How has COVID-19 affected or changed the IELTS test experience?
We, at IDP, have taken all necessary COVID precautions for both pen and paper and computer-delivered IELTS. We maintain adequate social distancing across all places and have reduced our venue capacity according to the respective govt guidelines. Also, hand sanitisers and face masks are made available too.

I have a complaint against you people and i have tried to reach you people and i have no proper response from your team as i have my speaking test is scheduled on 10 nov and i got the date on 2 nov and same day i have informed that i can’t attend the same due to some family emergency but your team is not able to understand this and if i ruin my career will make sure to put you down , you people have the worst service I have ever seen
