Question 26 rather stands for “B” answer than “C”, because the speaker talks about the worst acceptable result of the intended action. If the result is below this point, the chance taker won’t take this risk, because if he did, he would fail.

i think the answer for 11 should be B. its said that 11000 people consult every year but they only take 5000 consultations. and the answer for 23 i wrote career does that count??
