why r u explaining same thing, again and again, means 1st time u read the same to same as in paragraph and the second time u read because………., In the second time tell something different so I will understand more about the topic.

I thought we just pick a choice (for example I choose postitve effects so the essay will be about the positive ones) , do we need to discuss both of viewpoints?
